Lot to be auctioned off on March 7th @ 2:00 pm. This is a cash sale and will be sold as-is, where-is. Seller reserves the right to accept or reject high bid. There are no financing contingencies, appraisal, survey, etc. Seller will pay title policy and their portion of taxes. Winning bidder will give listing agent $5K earnest money check and sign contract at the auction. If buyer will be represented by another agent, agent must register client with listing agent prior to auction starting.
