If you are Meredith’s client, she might be fine. However, if you are on the other side and are selling your home, I would highly recommend finding a buyer represented by a more professional, experienced and just overall kinder realtor. Meredith was a nightmare to work with on our end. She was misleading, rude, and behaved as though we were all at war, as opposed to two parties coming to a mutual agreement on a home. Selling a home can be an emotional experience, and most people, as I know I did, hope that the process will go smoothly and without being treated horribly. Unfortunately, Meredith made selling our home a miserable and sad experience. I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone, whether you are looking for or buying a home.
